Hey guys! So today, I ran 7 miles, then walked the 2 miles home. After replenishing with a clif bar, I thought I deserved something nice to drink. So, I came up with a low calorie float!
Low Calorie "Ice cream" float
.25 cup of Cool Whip Free, frozen
8 ounces of diet or low calorie soda (Like diet coke, Dr. Pepper 10, Diet sunkist)
A tall glass
Measure out the cool whip with an ice cream scoop (or a spoon). Drop it in the tall glass or mug. Slowly pour soda on top, giving it enough time to fizz.
